Acceptable Use

VPS services may be used for legitimate projects, applications, websites, development environments, business services, and other lawful online activities.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted on SoranoHost VPS infrastructure:

• Fraud, scams, deceptive transactions, or unauthorized financial activity.
• Phishing, credential theft, impersonation, or unauthorized account access.
• Malware, ransomware, malicious code, or harmful software distribution.
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or third-party resources.
• Activities intended to disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with services.
• Content or activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Network abuse, unsolicited bulk traffic, or activity that creates security risks.

Security & Abuse Prevention

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their VPS and protecting access credentials. Customers should regularly update their operating system, applications, access credentials, and security configurations.

Policy Enforcement

If we identify activity that may violate this policy, create a security risk, or affect our infrastructure or other users, SoranoHost Shop may investigate the activity and take appropriate action.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking action. Immediate action may be required when necessary to protect infrastructure, users, or third parties.
